Another of our specializations is Vacuum Forming , also known as Vacuum Forming .

With this technique we process board material to get a third dimension.

We apply vacuum forming for acrylic PMMA (plexiglass), ABS, polycarbonate (lexan), PVC film, HPS tough polystyrene and other materials.

Shaping takes place by heating the plastics to the desired temperature and then shaping them to the desired third dimensions on the vacuum presses.

This will give you the product’s spatial shape and high detail.

Vacuum forming of plastic is suitable for mass production and blister production.
