Our many years of experience in this technically demanding field guarantee that we will process your project with precision and at a professional level.

We put the maximum of our knowledge into every product.

WHAT TECHNOLOGIES WE WORK WITH

CNC machines

We have two CNC machines at our disposal.

For milling and engraving sheet materials, we use two CNC machines with working table dimensions of 3,050 x 2,060 mm and 4,267 x 2,032 mm. These machines allow us to process and cut plexiglass, polycarbonates, engineering plastics, and other materials up to a thickness of approximately 120 mm. In practice, these are thicker sheets that a laser cannot split. Both machines are equipped with a camera.

On the CNC machine with a working area of 4,267 x 2,032 mm, we use an oscillating and drag knife in addition to milling tools for milling and cutting printed graphics. We also use these knives to cut thin foils and soft materials.

Materials

We will select the most suitable material for your product in terms of price-to-performance ratio.

Dibond ® aluminium composite panel

Aluminium composite panels combine a lightweight polyethylene core sandwiched between thin aluminium sheets.

They feature low weight, dimensional stability, excellent resistance to weather conditions, and a perfectly smooth surface. They are easy to bend, allowing for the simple production of aesthetically high-quality 3D objects.

Weather resistant

The composite panels are supplied as standard in thicknesses of 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, and 6 mm, in many color shades such as white, yellow, red, blue, green, black, silver metallic, brushed aluminium, natural aluminium, silver mirror, and a new wood imitation. The panels are coated with polyester lacquer and the surface is treated to enable printing.

Applications of Dibond composite panels:

  • Facade cladding and mechanically extreme-stress signage
  • Gas station totems
  • Production of advertising boards and displays
  • Advertising pylons and information systems
  • Shop interiors and exteriors

Visible machining of Dibond with a router (Dibond milling).

Milling aluminium composite panels—or Dibond milling—is a plastic material machining process that is often imperfect and requires further finishing. Thanks to our technology, we are able to produce a clean finished edge.

Dibond ® aluminium composite panels have relatively negligible thermal expansion, making them suitable for use within a temperature range of -50 to +80 °C. The panels are extremely strong and lightweight.

Extruded polyester sheets with excellent chemical resistance and strength.

The greatest advantage of PET-G material is its outstanding thermoformability and good optical properties.

Extruded PET-G copolyester sheet features high impact resistance and excellent resistance to chemicals and UV radiation. It also withstands low temperatures and has very low surface porosity with minimal water absorption.

PET-G sheets are flame retardant. They are suitable for direct contact with food. The material is also suitable for printing.

Specially developed for vacuum forming, allowing very deep drawing and the production of complex shapes.

PET-G copolyester is a transparent sheet material offering solutions for both outdoor and indoor applications. Thanks to its excellent properties, it is suitable for manufacturing demanding structural elements. PET-G can also be supplied with anti-reflective treatment, UV protection, in opal, in various colors, or as sheets with a double-sided satin (matte) finish.

Applications of PET-G:

  • Displays
  • Lightboxes
  • Machine covers and enclosures
  • Glazing
  • Poster and picture protection
  • Payment cards
  • Deep-drawn 3D elements
  • Crates and containers
  • Technological trays/mezzanines
  • Packaging material for food, toiletries, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and medical supplies

Polyester films are a higher-quality replacement for PVC films in more demanding applications.

Extruded polyester sheets with excellent chemical resistance and strength.

An extruded sheet made of A-PET thermoplastic polyester offers high impact resistance and strength, as well as excellent resistance to chemicals and UV radiation.

A-PET is a more cost-effective option, but it is not suitable for thermoforming or heat processing because it turns white when exposed to high temperatures. It has low flammability and can easily be printed on via screen or digital printing. Suitable for direct food contact.

High impact strength and rigidity.

A-PET sheets feature high light transmission of up to 90%. In addition to clear options, A-PET is also available with an anti-reflective finish.

Applications of A-PET:

  • Manufacturing of lightboxes
  • Displays
  • Signs and nameplates
  • Protection of posters and artwork

Fine foamed material structure with a closed surface.

PVC Polyvinyl Chloride is one of the most widely used plastics. It offers very good machinability and ease of bonding. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Low acquisition cost.

The major advantages of PVC sheets include the aforementioned cost-effectiveness, lightweight nature, and resistance to corrosion and chemicals. The material is flame-retardant and self-extinguishing. For white sheets, UV resistance is guaranteed for up to 5 years.

Easy to handle and suitable for thermoforming.

Applications of expanded PVC:

  • Standard indoor and outdoor installations
  • Suitable for advertising displays and stands
  • Signage and boards
  • Infill panels
  • Vinyl graphic application and direct printing

PMMA – Cast Polymethyl Methacrylate

PMMA polymethyl methacrylate, cast acrylic glass—commonly known as plexiglass—has gradually gained immense popularity and applications across almost every industry. Thanks to its wide color range and various modifications, it offers numerous possibilities for use and processing.

In addition to the clear modification, cast PMMA plexiglass in standard glossy finish is also produced in a full spectrum of opal, transparent, and translucent color shades.

This material is utilized in many fields, particularly in signmaking, design, architecture, construction, and industrial manufacturing.

Due to the manufacturing process, cast sheets do not exhibit stress differences between the surface and the core, unlike extruded sheets. Therefore, they are highly recommended for complex mechanical or thermal processing, as well as for applications involving contact with aggressive chemicals.

Applications of cast plexiglass:

  • Standard indoor and outdoor installations
  • Illuminated signage
  • Lightboxes and display cases
  • Advertising stands and displays
  • Signs and plaques
  • Infill panels
  • Vinyl graphic application and direct printing

Extruded acrylic plexiglass

PMMA polymethyl methacrylate, extruded acrylic glass. In addition to clear options, it offers a range of opal variations with different light transmissions and basic color shades. A single-sided matte finish is ideal for framing as it prevents light reflections. Mirrors made using the same technology as traditional mirrors are also frequently used, available in silver and gold options.

Extruded acrylic sheets have a lower price point and tighter thickness tolerances compared to cast sheets.

However, because the extrusion process requires larger production runs, the product range is primarily limited to clear and opal sheets along with a few basic colors.

We process extruded acrylic sheets using modern techniques, including cutting, milling, precise CNC drilling, and laser cutting—producing an optically and technically clean edge without requiring further finishing. The material can be hot-bent, thermoformed, and polished.

Applications of extruded plexiglass:

  • Standard indoor and outdoor installations
  • Illuminated signage
  • Lightboxes and display cases
  • Advertising stands and displays
  • Signs and plaques
  • Infill panels
  • Vinyl graphic application and direct printing
