One of our main specializations is computer-controlled plastic milling .

It is a very modern method of cutting board material (plastics). This method allows us to divide these materials very quickly and above all precisely, without the need for additional modifications to the structural edge. The edge is perfectly accurate.

In addition to plastic milling , we also focus on wood milling.

By using the plastic milling method, we are able to make adjustments like:
– radius
– grooving
– boring
– engraving

Machining surface of milled board material (plastic, wood) can be up to 2133 x 4267 mm.

Another advantage of plastic milling is the possibility of machining these materials at a certain angle (e.g., 45 °), which is a big plus over laser cutting.

The materials we are able to machine with the mill are:
– Acryl PMMA (Plexiglas Milling)
– polycarbonate milling (lexan)
– polyamide milling
– A-PET milling
– milling PET-G
– milling of aluminum plate (aluminum)
– Milling of Dibond plates
