In addition to bending (molding) and plastic bonding, one of our main specializations is their division. Cutting is performed both by laser (laser cutting of plastic) and by a milling cutter. This division can be understood by the terms milling of plastics and machining of plastics by a milling cutter.

We cooperate with customers from all over the Czech Republic (Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Olomouc , Pilsen, Zlín and others) and also from abroad . We also have clients from Germany, Austria and Slovakia, for example.

Unlike cutting plastics (plexiglass and lexan), milling of plastics is the contact method of their division . As a result, we are able to achieve the required dimensions. For plastic milling, the maximum surface area of ​​the sheet material is 2133 x 4267 mm.

Plastic milling is fast, accurate and does not leave unnecessarily large amounts of waste material. Compared to laser cutting, the milling cutter can machine material at an angle of, for example, 45 °.

What materials can we machine with a milling cutter:
– acryl PMMA (plexiglass ), polycarbonate (lexan)
– polyamide, A-PET, PET-G
– aluminum plates (aluminum plates)
– Dibond plastic plates, wood (veneer, plywood, MDF ..)

All products can be picked up in person at our Ostrožská Nová Ves facility or sent to you throughout the Czech Republic and abroad (Germany, Austria, Slovakia, etc.) by an external carrier.
