Extruded Acrylic Plexi

PMMA polymethyl methacrylate, extruded acrylic glass. In addition to a clear design, it offers a range of opals with different light transmittance and basic color shades. It is suitable for framing with a one-sided matte surface that prevents light reflections. Often used are mirrors made by the same technology as classic, silver and gold mirrors.

Extruded plates have a better price and better thickness tolerance than cast plates.

However, because extrusion technology requires the production of larger quantities, the assortment is mainly limited to clear and opal plates and only a few basic color shades.

We process extruded plexiglass with modern cutting, milling and precise CNC technology, laser – the edge is created optically and technologically without the need for further modifications. The material can be bent and thermoformed, flame polished or diamond polished.
